Most marketing agencies try to trap you with hidden fees and fake promises. We operate with complete transparency. These are the strict operational standards that protect both your business and our engineering team.
1. The 50/50 Payment Rule
We do not write a single line of code, register your domain, or start your SEO setup until a 50% advance payment is secured. The final 50% is paid the exact day your premium website goes live and is handed over to you. We do not negotiate this standard.
2. Strictly Non-Refundable
Building a premium website and running real digital marketing costs money instantly. The moment you pay the advance, we spend that money to buy your domain, secure your private server space, and pay for premium software licenses. Because this money is spent on your business on Day 1, all advance payments are strictly non-refundable. If you are not serious about dominating your market, do not pay the advance.
3. We Do Not Control Google or Meta
We build your business on top of global networks like Google Search and Meta (Facebook/WhatsApp). If Google suddenly changes its global search algorithm, or if Meta bans your ad account due to your business practices, we cannot control that. Trellent takes zero legal or financial liability for business disruptions caused by third-party global platforms.
4. Monthly Hosting & Maintenance Retainer
A website is not a brick-and-mortar store; it lives on the internet. High-speed servers, database security, and ongoing SEO maintenance cost money every single month. You pay a simple monthly retainer for us to keep your systems fast and secure. You can cancel this at any time, but if you stop paying the retainer, your website will go offline.
5. No "Free" Extra Work
Before we start building, we agree on an exact list of pages and features in writing. We guarantee to deliver exactly what is on that list perfectly. However, if you ask for "just one more page" or "one extra feature" after we have started building, you will be billed extra for it. We do not do free extra labor.

By paying the initial invoice to Trellent, you officially and legally accept these exact rules. This ensures a clean, highly professional relationship focused completely on scaling your business, with zero arguments later.
